When I try to make a transaction, I get the No Quote Available message. What does this mean?

If the underlying assets in question are open for trading, but you still get this message, this means the asset you have chosen has a low liquidity level, i.e., there are very few, if any, trades made with this asset at the moment, and its price is not changing.

If this is the case, please try making your trade a bit later when there is an available quote for it.

If you get this error message when trying to make a trade on any available underlying asset, please restart the platform and try again.

If the issue persists, please do the following:

  • When using the web-based platform: Open your browser settings and clear cache/cookies, or try opening the platform in another browser, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
  • When using the mobile platform: Open your mobile app settings to clear cache. If this does not work, please delete the app and install it again.
