In the mobile app, please select 'Wallet > Withdraw Funds'.
Please do not fill out the Correspondent Bank and Correspondent Bank Account fields if you do not have such information in your bank account details.
Please note: You can only withdraw funds to a bank account you are the holder of. We are not allowed to process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts.
Our Finance Department typically processes withdrawal requests within one business day. SEPA payments may take up to 5 working days to be received. However, there are instances when we need to check additional clients’ requests due to compliance and security reasons. The processing time may be longer in some cases.
