I have a demo account, but I have never funded my real account:
Please note that if you have only a demo account, you will not be charged anything for keeping it open. An inactive demo account will be removed from the system automatically over time. In case you would like to unsubscribe from the mailing list, please use the unsubscribe button at the end of the e-mail you have received.
I have deposited funds to my real account, and now I want to close it.
To close the real account you have funded, please ensure that your account has a zero balance. We kindly ask you to withdraw all your funds from it if applicable.
Next, please fill out the account closure request form and attach it to our contact form
