How can I recover the password with a different email address?

If you made a mistake when typing an email address and lost access to the account, you can still restore your password to the trading account.

To do this, you need to send the following documents with the message subject to us via email at [email protected]

  • A clear colour copy of your passport or ID card indicated upon registration (if you have an ID card, please provide both sides of it)*
  • A photo/selfie of you with the passport open or your ID in your hand. Your face and passport/ID number should be visible in this photo.

* If you did not specify your passport number upon registration and did not provide the ID document before, please also attach a copy of the statement with the information on depositing your trading account.
