Why can't I trade with a balance of €2,000?

According to the laws and regulations governing the business of Indication Investments Ltd., we are obliged to verify the identity of every client.

If the client's account balance is less than €2,000, the client can trade for 15 calendar days.

However, as soon as the client's account balance reaches €2,000 or more from deposits or trading profits, the client will not be able to continue trading until they successfully complete the identity verification process.

If the client fails to submit the required documents within 15 days, trading will be disabled unless they successfully complete the identity verification.

The verification process takes one business day.*

Upon successfully completing your verification, you will again be able to trade on your account. You will get this notification to the email address you specified during the sign-up process.

To have your identity verified, you will need to provide the following documents:

  1. A double-page colour scan copy of your open passport. In case you do not own a passport, please send us a colour scan copy of your National ID card (both sides of the card).
  2. Proof of address, such as your residence certificate, tax statement, bank statement or utility bill (water, gas, electricity, landline telephone).
