If you made a mistake when typing an email address and lost access to the account, you can still restore the password to the trading account.
To do this you need to send the following documents with the subject of the letter "Restore password" to the mail email@example.com
- a clear color copy of Your passport or ID card indicated upon registration (in case of ID please provide both sides of it), that You have filled in during the registration*
- your photograph /selfie/ with open passport or ID in Your hand. On this photo, there should be clearly visible Your face and the number of Your Passport/ID.
* If you did not specify the passport number upon registration and did not provide the ID document before, please also attach a copy of the statement with the information on the depositing of your trading account to the letter.
