To change your physical or email address: 

1. In mobile platform, open the More tab, go to Manage Profile and select Edit Personal Details. 

2. In web based platform, go to Manage Profile and click Edit near the field you would like to edit. After you've specified new details, the system may prompt you to upload documents to verify your identity and new address. This is required for security purposes so as to confirm that these changes are authorized by you. After creating a personal info request and uploading the docs, please allow some time for us to process it, which usually takes between 1 and 2 business days.
