How can I contact you if I cannot execute a trade on my own?

If you cannot make a transaction on your own, please contact our Dealing Team.


Our Dealing Team office hours are the same as those of our Support Team, from 6 am till 4 pm GMT, Monday to Friday. You can use our general inquiries phone number to call our Dealing Team: +357 22 025 100


To execute your transaction, our Dealing Team may ask you for your trading account ID, as well as some additional details for verification purposes. Please note that the only language supported by our Dealing Team is English.
